As we provide personalized service rather than physical store based sales , we need to have a minimum transaction value to make our travelling time worth while.
Each transaction will include :
- In person collection
- Testing of product
We are working to remove this fall below premium in future by engaging courier services for orders below S$800.
Yes absolutely. You can fix the spot price with a 20% deposit paid.
Upon receiving the deposit , you will get the final sell/buyback price (might vary slightly from website price due to market movement).
Yes , we do collect deposit for buyback price fixing as well. The deposit will be refunded when the deal completes.
Yes but subjected to market losses and administrative cost of S$50. Any remaining deposit will be refunded via PayNow .
In the event your deposit is insufficient to cover , the shortfall will be payable immediately.

KYC & documents
Yes , all customers will need to register as a client first. We will take down your personal particulars and do a due-diligence check prior to any deals
During registration , just NRIC/Passport or Singpass will be sufficient. If more documents are required , we will advice you beforehand.
