• Any cancellation after a price has been agreed may result in a claim for market loss incurred by PM MKTPLACE.

4. Delivery & Inspection

All transactions are conducted face-to-face in Singapore. Products are verified and tested for authenticity in your presence prior to acceptance.

• You are required to inspect all products thoroughly before accepting delivery.
• Authenticity testing is carried out on-site in the customer's presence.
• Acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgement that products meet the agreed specifications.
